Mixed-Use: Commercial/ Residential
Located in Kingstown, St. Vincent, this four-storey mixed-use building has beautiful views onto the Carenage. On a small, slender site with an irregular shape, our design had to optimize the internal spaces by using overhangs and stacking vertically. The building utilizes the first two levels as storage and open retail space with the next two levels are residential units.
