A mix of traditional and modern, this 2100 sqft home, sits on a drastically sloping piece of land that has great views to the Atlantic Ocean. To optimize the land formation and the opportunities for views, large patios were utilized. the forms were extruded to create geometry that communicates with the interior spaces.
